Saeta Spritz
Italian tradition, revisited to refresh your summer with it's zesty, soury and fizzy feel
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Saeta
60 ml Prosecco
20 ml soda
5 ml lemon juice
STEPS
1. Fill glass with ice and cool it, then remove ice
2. Pour Saeta, Prosecco and top with some soda
3. Stir carefully
4. Add ice
PIMP YOUR GLASS
Serve in a Spritz glass, garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedge
