A vibrant blend of tangy sweetness and citric notes, refreshing and complex
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Saeta
10 ml Italicus
10 ml fresh lime juice
10 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml simple syrup
Some mint & basil leafs
Egg white (Fee Foamer)
STEPS
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice
2. Shake vigorously
3. Strain into a glass

Serve in a Margarita style coupe garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge
