Positano Basil Fizz
A mediterranean twist on the classic Gin Fizz, combining the zest of Saeta with aromatic basil and sparkling effervescence for a vibrant, herbaceous finish
INGREDIENTS
40 ml Saeta
20 ml Gin
20 ml fresh lemon juice
10 ml simple syrup
2-3 basil leaves
Club soda
STEPS
1. Muddle basil in a shaker
2. Add Saeta , gin, lemon juice, and syrup
3. Fill with ice and shake
4. Strain into a glass
5. Add ice
6. Top with club soda
PIMP YOUR GLASS
Serve in a highball / Collins glass, garnish with basil leaves (add lemon wedge if desired)
