Mexi-Capri Margarita
A bold fusion of two worlds, represented by Saeta and smoky mezcal with a hint of jalapeño for a spicy kick to complement its crisp, tangy edge
INGREDIENTS
50 ml Saeta
20 ml Tequila/Mezcal
10 ml fresh lime juice
5 ml agave nectar
½ Jalapeño pepper
STEPS
1. Rim glass with salt and fill with ice
2. In a shaker combine ice, mezcal, Saeta , lime juice, jalapeño and agave nectar
3. Shake well
4. Strain into the glass over ice
PIMP YOUR GLASS
Serve in a Margarita cup rimmed with salt (or Tajin), garnish with jalapeño and lime wedge
